In the special operations of "Spring Release" and "Bright Sword Protecting the River" just concluded in 2020, the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) volunteers of the Heilongjiang "Falcon" Wildlife Conservation Brigade, the K Alliance, and the Harbin team carried out a series of activities such as patrolling to protect birds, protecting and clearing illegal fishing nets, and they have won strong support from the local public security department and fishery administration department.

The common goals, actions, inspections, and protection have allowed the CBCGDF to come together with the local government, and the volunteers of the CBCGDF and the members of the law enforcement agencies to come together and fight side by side, which enhanced understanding and forged friendship.

Recently, in order to express respect and encouragement to public security and fishery administration, and to establish advanced models of ecological and environmental protection, and to encourage local governments to emerge more partners, to jointly protect and build the Harbin Wetland Conservation Demonstration Zone, Heilongjiang volunteer representatives were entrusted by CBCGDF to present silk banners to the public security and fishery administration department to express their wishes.

The event of presenting silk banners was highly valued by two banner-receiving units. The leaders of relevant units personally received them, expressed their gratitude, and took a group photo with the representatives of the CBCGDF volunteers.

Volunteers of CBCGDF Songhua River Harbin Wetland Reserve believe that similar networking activities will play a role in increasing consensus and close collaboration and make the concept of biodiversity conservation and sustainable development more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. At the same time, it will also encourage local law enforcement agencies to learn from the role model, to follow the benchmark, to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the law enforcement agencies for ecological protection, and to blaze a new path of cooperation and win-win.
