Volunteers are people who voluntarily to contribute their time and energy to providing services to improve society and promote social progress without requiring any form of remuneration. Participating in volunteer work is not only helping others, serving the society, but also conveying love and spreading civilization.

Since CBCGDF began recruiting volunteers, thousands of caring people have joined the volunteer team to contribute to biodiversity conservation. On December 15th, CBCGDF volunteer Arong (pseudonym) discovered a poisoned killing of wild ducks in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. The case has now been handed over to the local forest police. Earlier, volunteers in Guangzhou assisted the police in cracking a case of smuggling pangolins, and so on. Volunteers are like stars in the night sky, scattered around and guarding our ecological environment.

Recently, however, CBCGDF has received some unsatisfactory news: Some individuals have used the CBCGDF volunteer certificate in their hands, but they have not actually made any actual actions for ecological protection. Under the premise of not making any effort to protect wildlife, but it is everywhere to show off and publicize, which has damaged the image of CBCGDF volunteers.

In response to this, CBCGDF will attach great importance to it and will find out the situation as soon as possible and handle certain volunteer certificate cases.

In the future, CBCGDF will raise the standards and requirements for volunteer recruitment and improve the construction of the volunteer system. At the same time, we sincerely thank the enthusiastic volunteers for their attention and recommendations on the work of CBCGDF.
