Mr. Kent Nnadozie Delivered a Keynote at the 10th Seminar Hosted by CBCGDF

On July 10, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation successfully hosted a Seminar focusing on “The Mainstreaming of Agricultural Biodiversity and the UN FAO’s ITPGRFA”.

 

Mr. Kent Nnadozie, the Secretary of the FAO’s International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGRFA) was delighted to be invited by CBCGDF to come back to Beijing attending this seminar which follows up the similar theme event on March. Dr. Rene Castro, FAO’s Climate, Biodiversity, Land and Water Department Assistant-Director General jointly attended the Seminar on July 10.

 

Mr. Kent Nnadozie delivered a keynote speech on food and agriculture. He mentioned the protection and sustainable utilization of plant genetic resources for food and agriculture. The biodiversity of plant genetic resources for food and agriculture benefits the whole world, which requires global support.
