On June 17, the Second World Leaders and Business Leaders Summit was held in Wuhan, Hubei Province. China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Xiao Qing was invited to the summit and spoke with past leaders from ten countries and outstanding entrepreneurs from China.

An important event during the summit was the official launching of the project “Yakang Ai World Bird Day” public interests Event initiated by the bird lover Mr. Yakang Ai supported by CBCGDF. It aims to protect the ecology, pay attention to the living environment of birds, and be grateful for the gifts of nature. Birds are one of the most widely distributed species, spread across almost all ecosystems, so the survival of birds is an important measure of the global ecological environment health, should be particularly concerned by human beings.
