On March 17, 2019, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) as the guiding unit and Guangxi Guigang Oriental Legend Food Technology Co., Ltd. hosted the "China Microbiology Technology Industry Ph.D. and Expert Work Seminar" in Beijing sucessfully. After the convening, on the morning of March 19th, Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, the Secretary-General of CBCGDF, met with Fan Hailin, Chairman of Guangxi Guigang Oriental Legend Food Technology Co., Ltd. and his party.

 

Dr. Zhou listened carefully to Mr. Fan's introduction on the innovative practices and future development plans and directions for their company in the microbial technology innovation industry, especially the promotion of Guangxi Guigang Oriental Legend Food Technology Co., Ltd. by Mr. Fan. with the support of relevant ministries and professional industry associations, the Microbiology Industry Development Program (Blue Book) will be edited and published, and the Microbiology Science and Technology Research Institute will be established. This coincides with the research direction of CBCGDF. In addition to the conservation of wildlife diversity, CBCGDF also conducts microbial diversity research and protection of microbial endangered species in conjunction with the Institute of Microbiology of Chinese Academy of Science.

 

The two sides agreed to sign a cooperation memorandum to determine a number of cooperation content including the establishment of the CBCGDF - Microbial Fermented Food Industry Research Center.
