Organized by CBCGDF and specially supported by the World Green Design Organization, the "2018 China Green Finance Innovation and Development High-Level Forum and Jiangbeizui Finance and Economic Forum Annual Meeting" will be held in “Mountain City” Chongqing on October 26-27.
President Xi’s emphases on fostering healthy development of multi-level capital market, deepening market-based reform of interest rate and exchange rate and other important statements have pointed our way in financial development in the new era.
The forum of this year will center on how Green Finance and “New Structural Economics facilitate quality economic boost of West China, with further discussions over “Belt and Road Initiative”, “Yangtze River Economic Belt, “Green Economy”, “Economic Upgrading of West China and other relevant issues. Meanwhile, leading financial experts, represented by Prof. Lin Yifu, representatives of financial institutions from various provinces, and business representatives from across China, including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao will be invited to the form. The CBCGDF, and other organizing committee members hope that Chongqing will become a permanent site where the forms can be hold once a year so as to boost West China’s economy, facilitate industrial upgrading and help to attract more investment.
At this point, the form is still in preparation. Meanwhile, the CDCGDB have also invited Chongqing municipal government for an all-dimensional guidance, and Chongqing Financial Office, Chongqing Business Committee, Jiangbei District Government will also attend by then as co-sponsors.
The CBCGDF is convinced that the form of this year will fully act upon the spirit of the 19th National Congress and the development philosophy featuring “innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing. More importantly, it will boost ecological civilization and meanwhile push for economic and financial prosperity of Chongqing and the west China.
