Hydrogen energy is showing strong development momentum in Latin America. According to the International Energy Agency, there were only three hydrogen pilot projects in Latin America in 2019, located in Argentina, Chile and Costa Rica. However, by 2021, more than 25 projects have been built in the region, many of which are large megawatt-scale projects. China's hydrogen energy industry is also on the fast track, producing about 33 million tons of hydrogen in 2021, making it the world's largest producer of hydrogen.

This event focuses on the theme of "New Trends of Hydrogen Technology and Market Development in China and Latin America", and invites representatives from enterprises, industry experts and relevant representatives from Latin America and large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in China. Guest speakers share the development trend of hydrogen technology and best practice cases, exchange the opportunities and challenges of the industry development, and discuss the new trends of hydrogen technology and market cooperation between China and Latin America.
