The first China Computer Federation(CCF) Tech for Good Conference was held in Yuhang District, Hangzhou on April 15, 2023. Zhou Jinfeng, Secretary-General of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) was invited to participate in the meeting and shared a report themed "Entanglement between Biodiversity and Computers". Is it right to plant trees in Nanhui Dongtan in Shanghai? No, because that place is a hatchery for marine life, especially amphibians.When trees are planted, amphibians and birds that depend on the shore for hatching could be at risk of extinction. ??If they go extinct, so will the marine life that feeds on them. The subsequent global migration of plants and the collapse of other biological systems are at danger.

Is it right to plant trees in the desert? The desert is also part of the "mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand". The desert is also an ecosystem to be protected. Our attitude towards the desert is not to eliminate it, but to prevent desertification. ??It is also wrong to plant the whole desert with trees. Regarding the issue of tree planting, we need to classify and do a detailed analysis.
