On the evening of November 30, 2022, Dr. Xu Tong, an expert, researcher and head of the climate change working group of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), was invited to participate in the 1st International Workshop on Sensitization Against Climate Change held by the Autonomous University of Mexico through the Center for Research in Applied Biosciences. The meeting lasted for three days (November 28-November 30, 2022).

Researcher Xu Tong gave a keynote speech at the meeting. The topic of his speech was Energy Policy and Investment of COP27 & Governmental Energy Innovation Funding and Institution in China.
