On October 26-28, 2022, the International Congress on Integrated Water Management (CIGIA2) is being held in Bolivia. Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, Secretary-General of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) was invited to make a speech at the conference on October 27, sharing China's experience in water resources protection and environment governance.

The congress is being organized by the Bolivian Catholic University "San Pablo" (UCB), the Universidad Mayor de San Simón (UMSS), the private University of Valle (UNIVALLE) and the Bolivian Private University (UPB) through the Research Center of Exact Sciences and Engineering from the UCB (CICEI).

In the one-hour speech, Dr. Zhou will share the good stories and cases of China's ecological civilization construction from multiple perspectives such as water resources, water environment, soil and water conservation and desertification control, public participation, China's environmental rule of law, environmental governance, environmental public interest litigation (EPIL), carbon equality (ERoC) technology transfer, Synergies between biodiversity conservation and climate change.
