On October 27th, 2022 from 21:00 to 22:00, Prof. Zhou Jinfeng, General-Secretary of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foudation(CBCGDF) is invited to participate in the plenary session at the “International congress on integrated water management.” This invitation was sent to us by one of the partners of the Andean Road Countries for Science and Technology (ARCST) as they were interested to know more about the water management governance strategies employed by China. The wastewater management strategies in urban areas. Fighting against water pollution, and biodiversity conservation fundamentally in rivers and lakes, as well as combating to desertification employing science and technology.
Agenda of the Congress on 27th of October 2022
Rivers and lakes are key to Restoring the World’s Biodiversity.1 The lake Poopó in the western part of Bolivia has disappeared and efforts to restore it are necessary.2 The experience of China in restoring its deserts in Ningxia and converting them into oases might be useful to explore.3 The science and technology applied to the water industry and water management are key factors to protect the watermarks and ensure biodiversity cnservation.

The meeting will last three days and will gather global international experts from academia, research, government, industry, etc. The results of this meeting will be shared after the meeting.
