Based on the discussion on Executive Committee meeting of IUCN Marine Connectivity Working Group (MCWG), chair of IUCN MCWG and chair of the 6th International Marine Protected Areas Conference (IMPAC6), who is also Marine Thematic Chair for IUCN-WCPA and a member of MCWG, sent an email to Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, Secretary-General of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) and the executive member of MCWG, inviting CBCGDF to be a host for IMPAC6.

This will be an important action to implement and practice the concept of "building a Maritime Community with a Shared Future". In order to deeply participate in global ocean governance and contribute Chinese wisdom, we welcome parties who are interested to actively participate.
