The 19th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to CITES (CoP19) will be held from 14 to 25 November 2022 in Panama City, Panama.

China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) is an observer organization of the CITES Convention and has long been committed to biodiversity conservation and green development. Recently, CBCGDF has obtained the qualification to host the CITES CoP19 Side Event, and will form a delegation to attend the CITES CoP19 in Panama City.

CBCGDF is now looking for Chinese students from Central America and Panama to attend the conference.

The deadline for registration is August 26. We welcome young people in Panama to actively register, have the courage to participate in international affairs, actively speak out, and participate in international biodiversity governance totell China's stories well, spread China's good voice, and let the world know China's contribution to biodiversity conservation, environmental governance, and combating illegal trade in wildlife.

Applicants are required to provide their name, job title, and a recent passport-sized digital photo. The deadline to apply for a visa is September 1, and delegates interested in registering for the conference should contact as soon as possible.
