March 28 is the 15th day of the meeting. China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), as an observer of CBD, attended the whole meeting.

On 28 March, the Subsidiary Body on Implementation (SBI) held three plenary meetings to clarify the agenda and conclude its deliberations.

Chairman Charlotta S?rqvist adopted 20 documents including: SBI related decisions, recommendations to the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the United Nations CBD, and the report of the Geneva meetings.

The SBI adopted the following suggestions:

Resource mobilization and financial mechanisms;

Mechanisms for reporting, assessing and reviewing implementation;

Projects under the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) including the gender action plan and the communication strategic framework;

Capacity building, Scientific & Technological cooperation, Technology Transfer, and Knowledge management and exchange;

Review of progress in the implementation of the CBD;

Cooperation with other conventions, international organizations and initiatives;

Mainstreaming biodiversity;

Review of the effectiveness of the processes under the CBD and its protocols.

Ms. Elizabeth Mrema, executive secretary of CBD, said that SBI had adopted a "challenging agenda" and made significant progress in its work. She thanked all relevant personnel, including technical and site support personnel, for their unremitting efforts. She reminded delegates that "the world would accept a clear, ambitious and transformative biodiversity framework", and expressed that despite different views, all relevant personnel had reached a consensus.

During the meeting, CBCGDF’s delegation held discussions with many experts on “Other effective area-based conservation measures”(OECMs) and the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework.
