On November 13th, at the World Young Scientist Summit, Dr. Zhou Jinfeng met Yang Yi, the academic vice-principal of Wenzhou-Kean University. Zhou introduced and analyzed some current conditions of the protection of domestic natural resources, emphasized that Wenzhou-Kean University is an international one and should devote itself to ecological researches, scientific activities, and voicing at international conferences and forums.

Also, Dr. Zhou proposed the suggestion of jointly building “One Health” center together with Wenzhou-Kean University. The concept of “One Health” is to prevent epidemics and protect the health of human, animals, and nature through interdisciplinary, multi-sector, and interregional cooperation. And this is also the latest belief in terms of public hygiene. To make a coalition with universities, both sides can facilitate the development of comprehensive health and become quite likely to rank top in this field. For Wenzhou-Kean University is a newly built campus and desire quick breakthrough and growth in many aspects, Yang Yi would like to reach an agreement with CBCGDF and implement comprehensive explorations, especially in enrollment publicity, postgraduation education and scientific study.

At the end of this summit, both sides exchanged ideas on holding specialized academic conferences or forums, enrollment and student training.
