The 23rd Annual Meeting of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) -- World Forum on Development and Governance for the Science and Technology Societies was successfully held in Beijing on July 26. China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation （CBCGDF）recommended Sandrine dixson-decleve and Mamphela Ramphele, co-president of the world think tank --the Club of Rome, to attend the conference and make excellent speeches in the keynote report and high-end dialogue.

The conference was held online and offline. More than 200 people attended the meeting offline. The conference was broadcast online through the platform of Innovation China, China Association for Science and Technology, Netease Technology, Bilibili, CBCGDF Baijiahao, CBCGDF Weibo and other platforms, with a total audience of more than 11.3 million people worldwide.
