The afternoon of November 12 witnessed the Plenary Session Environmental Preservation and Governance of the 4th U.S.-China Subnational Legislatures Cooperation Forum. The session was moderated by Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, Secretary-General of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF). Xing Chunning, Vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress, Lei Chunmei, Vice Chairwoman of the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial People’ Congress, Xu Shaohua, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress, Lu Zhiyuan, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of Hainan Provincial People’s Congress, have given excellent speeches to introduce the status of resources distributed in Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong and achievements on environmental governance.
