Apply for publicity of the status of China pangolins "Guihua 1, Guihua 2", and CBCGDF will look forward to the promise on the wild release of Guangxi forestry department

China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) is very worried about the scientific and subsequent protection of pangolins released in Hechi on June 5. Based on the full experience of the CBCGDF in the wild release of pangolins, it is hoped that Guangxi Forestry department will continue to implement the previous invitation for wild release and invite the CBCGDF to participate in the wild release of "Guihua 1, Guihua 2".

Application for Information Disclosure:

At the end of January 2019, the CBCGDF was invited by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration to participate in pangolin conservation work conference of the forestry departments of nine provinces. The National Forestry and Grassland Administration said that two pangolins which had been kept in the rescue center for one year would be released in the wild, and invited CBCGDF at the end of March, but there was no response. For the two pangolins, the following information is requested:

1. The source of the two pangolins;

2. The current health status of two pangolins;

3. The rescue and feeding recording of two pangolins;

4. The wild release schedule of the two pangolins;

5. The wild release of the place of the two pangolins;

All other records related to the two pangolins.
