Today is the seventh day that Sophia, the "pangolin girl" of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), participated in pangolin rescue work in Guangdong.

On April 17, with the support of the State Forestry administration and Guangdong Forestry Bureau, Sophia, the head of the pangolin workgroup of the CBCGDF, rushed to Guangzhou to participate in the joint emergency rescue. From pangolin medicines, rescue equipment, professional veterinarians, volunteer to pangolin food collection, daily supplies, Taipei Zoo's pangolin rescue data application and so on. When Bestway heard that pangolins lacked some cleaning tools needed for rescue, they quickly sent daily tools for cleaning and increasing humidity in rescue rooms of pangolins, which was simple and fast.

There are five pangolins rescued in Guangdong. CBCGDF named them "snore", "always sleep", "no move", "little kid", "last night". Among them, "snore" and "little kid" have died, unfortunately.
