After the publishing of the article “Great | the National Forestry and Grassland Administration supported CBCGDF to Revoke the Original Document from the Forestry Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region | Requirement of Information Disclosure of 33 Pangolins”, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) received “Letter from the Forestry Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region about Re-replying to CBCGDF’s Application for Information Disclosure Submitted on April 12, 2018” (Guilin Letter [2018] File No. 914), but there still remain many problems in need of clarification, and this letter has not given answers to all the information applied for by CBCGDF on April 12, “the 10th Question to the Forestry Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region: Why is that the Forestry Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Remained Wrongheaded and Rejected Information Disclosure after its Re-reply was Revoked by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration?”

As a response, CBCGDF raised administrative reconsideration to the National Forestry and Grassland Administration on October 12, requesting that: 1. revoke “Letter from the Forestry Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region about Re-replying to CBCGDF’s Application for Information Disclosure Submitted on April 12, 2018” (Guilin Letter [2018] File No. 914); 2. order the respondent to re-reply to the applicant’s application for information disclosure submitted on April 12, 2018.

The National Forestry and Grassland Administration replied to CBCGDF that this administrative reconsideration has been formally considered.
