Recently, the International Department of CBCGDF received a letter from the Russian Ecological Society (RES). RES is working on more projects with the CBCGDF to promote the enhancement of atmospheric environment quality through particular project collaboration.

The CBCGDF's International Department held a meeting with RES earlier. According to the project manager for the RES project, environmental pollution, notably air pollution, is a significant issue in many countries and regions worldwide. Russia and China both have problems with air pollution, and RES wishes to share its environmental governance experience with the CBCGDF.

On July 7, 2021, RES and CBCGDF signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties will work together to protect the ecological environment and biodiversity based on long-term, practical, mutually beneficial cooperation.
