Recently, the Research Department of CBCGDF received a notice of examination meeting of standard from the TC563 Secretariat (National e-commerce Quality Management Standardization Technical Committee) on the Standard for Quality Control and Management of E-Commerce Live streaming Sales. This standard aims to regulate some problems in live selling.

After reviewing the text and instructions, the Research Department of CBCGDF discussed a lot and solicited many opinions. It disagreed with the adoption of the document, and listed five specific modification opinions with reasons.

In recent years, the scale of e-commerce live selling has increased rapidly, and live broadcasting has become a new retail and flow entrance. According to the 45th statistical report on China's Internet Development released by China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), as of March 2020, the number of webcast users in China had reached 560 million. With the rapid development of selling goods through live broadcasting, we hope to guide the businesses, live broadcasting and consumers to take their environmental protection responsibilities, practice the concept of ecological civilization, implement the national policy of energy conservation and carbon reduction, promote green development and promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
