On July 7, 2021, Jinfeng Zhou, vice chairman and secretary-general of the CBCGDF, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Rashid Aydinovich Ismailov, chairman of the Russian Ecological Society. The two parties will carry out long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation, working together to protect the ecological environment and biodiversity.

As a national first-class society, CBCGDF actively promotes biodiversity conservation, carries out international cooperation and research projects all year around. It has established extensive contacts with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Convention on 《Convention on Migratory Species》(CMS), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), United Nations agencies, international conventions and international organizations

After the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Russian Ecological Society, the two parties will actively cooperate in the fields of wildlife protection, air quality improvement, and green development. They’ll jointly promote the improvement of the global ecological environment and work hard to achieve the United Nations sustainable development goals.

The Russian Ecological Society is a non-profit national environmental association that plays a major role in improving air quality, waste management ability and solving other environmental issues. The organization is engaged in scientific research, ecological initiatives and environmental education in Russia and abroad.
