The theme of this year is ‘Auto Revolution: Synergy among Transportation, Energy and City’. The auto revolution is arriving. The automotive industry is undergoing the unprecedented transformation towards electrification, intellectualization, networking, and sharing, which are closely linked to transition of energy, transport and urban management. Practitioners are required to re-examine automotive industry from the outside and give mutual support across industries to bring about coordinated and synchronized development. Co-development calls for top-level design, collaboration, and strengthened communication. It is also necessary to identify the contribution of these transformations in a bid to capture opportunities in the market generated by new technologies, business models and ecosystems.

The forum will make comprehensive communication with the concerns on transformation of automotive industry through a number of hot topics: zero-emission and electric vehicles, energy transition and transformation of traditional energy companies, the vision of future transport and mobility, key technological breakthroughs for next-generation vehicles, intelligent and connected vehicles, development of core supply chains, reform of car manufacturing system, global innovation networking, industrial policy adjustments, etc.
