On April 22nd, the first “Global Green Development Conference Series-China Green and Low Carbon Innovation and Development Summit”, organized by China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), was held in Beijing.

One highlight of this summit was the release of the Green Paper on “Analysis of Green Economy Development in China in 2023” which is compiled by CBCGDF and the first of a series of books on green development.

The Green Paper on “Analysis of Green Economy Development in China in 2023” summarized, analyzed and predicted the related sectors of China’s green economy development, including green design, green energy, green supply chain, green finance, green consumption, theoretical research and social practice. Several international figures who attach importance to sustainable development have made an objective and fair evaluation of China’s efforts to promote green economy, and put forward the pertinent view that “understanding China will make the world different”.

The green mode of economic development is constantly changing our perspective of understanding the world, the path of solving problems and the way of survival and life. Let us take proactive actions and expect the anticipated results.
