CBCGDF's Brave Volunteer “African Warrior” Discovered Shocking Truth Behind the Rampant Pangolins Trade in Nigeria

Our volunteer, dubbed as the "CBCGDF African Warrior", spent the past month in Nigeria to investigate black-market pangolin trade. Frankly, maybe not "black-market", because that pangolin sales are so open and easily available. The discovery was shocking. A report release conference on Nigeria Pangolins Investigation will be held in Beijing very soon.

Lack of law enforcement is obvious. Another big issue is that many enterprises staff working there consume pangolins. China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) is highly concerned and calls for Chinese companies to regulate their oversea staff and join us in saving pangolins. CBCGDF’s sent official letters to both Embassies, asking them to inform visa appliers not to buy any pangolins or products.

We're asking companies, public, and embassies, etc. to donate money for Nigerian Pangolin Conservation. On the occasion that Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, the Secretary-General of CBCGDF has been invited to Nigeria for celebrating May 22 the International Day for Biological Diversity (IDB), Dr. Zhou will hand the donation with a detailed list of donors' names to the President of Nigeria or the head of relevant department of Nigeria’s government.
