Zhu Kai, the person in charge of the Center, was invited to participate.

The letter wrote, the launch of the special seminar to combat electro fishing, is to implement the “China Fishery Sword 2018” series in the spirit of the instructions in the “Report on CCTV ‘Rejection of Electro Fishing’ New Report on July 12”. The smooth implementation of the special enforcement actions ensures that the actions against electro fishing are effective.
