After consulting various materials and interviews, the author found that this was a failed coral ecological restoration project. Almost all the corals transplanted near Ocean Flower Island by the project owner died. It is said that huge ecological restoration funds have been invested to go back!
In my opinion, if the project implementation unit completely failed due to climate change. It is quite irresponsible and shirking responsibility behavior.
Could the real reason be that the project team at the coral Restoration Unit chose the wrong coral species for breeding, which is not resistant to high temperatures and environmental fusion?
In the coastal areas south of Ocean Flower Island, the sea current slowed down due to the construction of Ocean Flower Island, while the red tides in summer and autumn brought by coastal pollution further increased the SST, leading to large-scale bleaching of coral reefs near Ocean Flower Island.
The corals in the restored flats bore the brunt of the bleaching. Most of the native corals returned to normal in winter after bleaching. And almost all introduced alien coral species died.
So if they blame the failure of coral restoration on the global climate, would they be guilty of shrugging off responsibility?
To date, Ocean Flower Island has not completed coral restoration work.

This is like the pangolin protection center in Guangdong, they have no experience and ability for pangolin protection.
