Repost: Museum of Vertebrate Zoology at Berkeley Makes Genetic Collections Discoverable

As an observer of the Global Genome Biodiversity Network (GGBN), China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) has learned that the third Arctos partner, the Museum of Vertebrate Zoology at Berkeley has made a subset of its genetic collections discoverable through GGBN as part of the 2017-2018 GGBN-GGI awards program. The collection adds more than 160,000 vertebrate tissue samples to GGBN representing 40 news families 400 new genera and 500 new species.
