In preparation for the upcoming “Two Sessions” 2023, by CBCGDF received over 60 responses from various sources. One of them is that Wild Animals Protection Law should provide reliable legal guarantee for public health and safety. The specific suggestions are as follows:
Source: World Wildlife Fund
1) Wild Animals Protection Law should take the protection of public health and safety as an important principle; 2) the Law should prohibit expanding the scope of artificial breeding to ensure public health and safety; 3) the Law should prohibit the expansion of hunting scope and effectively protect public health and safety; and 4) the law should prohibit the expansion of the scope of consumption and effectively protect public health and safety.
