Recently, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice has solicited public opinions on the "Shaanxi Provincial Wetland Protection Regulations (Draft for Comments)". China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation(CBCGDF) has attached great importance to this, and after careful research, eleven amendments have been proposed, which have been submitted to the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice by express mail. 

The suggestions from CBCGDF are mainly in the chapters of general principles, planning and management, and protection and restoration. Please check the following website for details.
