On July 19, 2021, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) General Affairs Department received the administrative judgment of the second instance of CBCGDF v. Chengmai County Forestry Bureau concerning R&F Properties’ destruction of mangrove forest-related government information disclosure case mailed by Hainan First Intermediate People's Court ((2021) June 96 Line End 252). The main contents of the case are as follows:

In the process of the second trial, for the plaintiff put forward "the specific program of replanting destroyed mangroves is not open to the public", the defendant Chengmai County Forestry Bureau also said that the replanting and acceptance, the acceptance unit was the provincial Academy of Forestry, and the provincial forestry Bureau also organized a group of experts for acceptance.

CBCGDF General Affairs Department will continue to follow up and pay attention to the subsequent replanting situation of the mangrove in Huchangwan, Chengmai County, which was destroyed by Hainan R&F Real Estate Development Co., LTD.
