CBCGDF Delegation Accepts Invitation to Participate in the COP27 Side Event of the International "4 per1000" Initiative - Healthy Earth, Healthy Soil

The 27th United Nations Climate Change Conference is taking place in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt from November 6 to 18, 2022. China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation(CBCGDF) delegation is participating in the meeting on-site.

Recently, the Climate Change Working Group of CBCGDF received a letter from the International "4 per1000" Initiative, inviting CBCGDF delegation to participate in the COP27 side event of the International "4 per1000" Initiative. Now we share the invitation as follows.


Dear Partners and members,


I would like to recall you that our sixth day of the “4 per 1000” Initiative will be held in a mixed in-person and online format on the morning of November 16 for the Forum of Partners (consultative and discussion body) and in the afternoon for the Consortium of Members (decision-making body).


The Partners' Forum will be opened by a High - Level Segment when personalities representing Members and Partners will be invited to take the floor to present their activities and their vision for the implementation of the Initiative's Strategic Plan.


The general theme of this "4 per 1000" day will be "Health Soils for a Healthy Planet".


Further details on the program, logistics and online registration will be communicated through the dedicated website where you can also registered (please note that this is compulsory to participate on-site or online)


No translation will be provided this year, all discussion and presentation will take place in English. Our apologize for the inconvenience.
