Just after the 33rd International Volunteer Day, volunteers from the CBCGDF “China Conservation Area for Great Bustard at Tianjin” (CCAfa) have been carrying out a series of patrol, rescue and publicity activities during the migratory bird migration season to actively promote ecological protection. They discussed with the Tianjin Ji County Forestry Administration to promote the work of the popularization of the law; in the Cangzhou, Hebei Province, rescued four national second-class protected animal falcons; carried out law popularization activities in the Dahuangbao wetland in Tianjin; participated in the publicity activities about wild-releasing raptors in Tangshan, and patrol in  Cangzhou great bustards habitat and so on. The task of protecting migratory birds during the winter season is arduous. Thanks to the volunteers for their long-term efforts to make the world a better place!

On November 18th, the volunteers of CBCGDF "China Conservation Area for Great Bustard at Tianjin" discovered that illegally privately tamed the national secondary protected animal falcons and illegally hunted wild animals. The volunteers immediately called the police and rescued four falcons and sent them to the Cangzhou Wildlife Rescue Center in Hebei!

On November 22nd, the volunteers launched the “China Wildlife Conservation Association 2018 Autumn and Winter Protection Action”. The local wildlife protection stations, the town government, the comprehensive law enforcement department, the forest police department and other volunteers in Tianjin promoted the protection of wild animals and called on the society to pay attention to the protection of wild endangered birds. The publicity of the patrol and legal popularization in the Dahuangbao Wetland and Great Bustard Protected Area was carried out.

On the 24th, Tianjin Wildlife Volunteers, Liaoning Benxi Wildlife Volunteers and Tangshan local volunteers jointly participated in the popularization of the wild-releasing raptors in Tangshan, and a total of 12 raptors were released at the site.
