Recently, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) has received the affirmative reply of the Xixiangtang People’s Court to CBCGDF’s application of changing judicial personnel in the litigation against the Department of Forestry of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on misconduct in information disclosure related to pangolin to avoid arousing suspicion.

In early of July, CBCGDF received the notice of hearing, the notice of collegiate bench and other relevant materials from Xixiangtang People's Court. We found that one of the members in the collegiate bench has been engaged in the first-instance judgment. So, on July 15, CBCGDF applied to the court to change judicial personnel to avoid arousing suspicion.
