The Case Study of Environmental Public Interest Litigation (2018) compiled by CBCGDF has been officially published by China's Law Publishing House recently.

This book is prefaced by Mr Hu Deping, chairman of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), and relevant leaders of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China.

Aiming to provide best practices, it collects many typical cases, such as environmental civil public interest litigation, environmental administrative public interest litigation, marine environmental public interest litigation and ecological environment damage compensation litigation, involving social organizations, procuratorates, relevant provincial governments and so on.

What's more, the new book also provides information on relevant laws and regulations, as well as some environmental public interest litigation cases that have been completed in 2015-2017. More than 30 distinguished experts and scholars, prosecutors, judges, lawyers and other practioners have made brilliant comments in this book.
