Recently, CBCGDF received an application from Huang Yongfu, a bird-watching enthusiast and public interest person from Shicheng County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, to establish the “Green Children” base of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF). At present, after the review of CBCGDF's Green Children working group, the “Ganjiangyuan Ecological Civilization Education Green Base” is formally established, and they will be awarded their working plaque and banner in the near future to jointly build a juvenile science base in the era of ecological civilization, to promote the development of ecological civilization science education.

The “Ganjiangyuan Ecological Civilization Education Green children Base” will continue to carry out the following activities: if there are no special circumstances, organize a public welfare science bird competition and science card game learning and bird watching experience activities every weekend; accept groups of 5 or more people for registration appointments, organize public welfare bird watching activities in wetland parks; daily bird watching and monitoring records in wetland parks; accept science-based publicity appointments for schools or unit-type groups; training for birdwatchers; carry out learning exchanges in the field of ecological civilization.
