Party A: Walhi North Sumatra Environmental Protection Organization 

Party B: PT. Nuansa Alam Nusantara, an illegal wildlife trader in Indonesia


Ape Alliance reached out to the International Department of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) to spread the word about the Case and gain support from the public. We believe this is a noteworthy lawsuit, thus we created this Case to inform Chinese readers about it.
