CBCGDF Invites Relevant Experts to Discuss Openly, In Case that the Articles Do Not Make Clear What You Mean

In recent years, almost all the captured living Malayan pangolins have died in the rescue center. The living and healthy pangolins have been transferred to the relevant breeding enterprises under the name of foster care, and the survival rate is still very low. As for the problem of wildlife protection, experts have repeatedly put forward "good ideas" and "good methods" in front of relevant departments' internal meetings and wildlife management officials. Should these views be discussed openly?

We have always believed that, even if the survey data on one aspect are insufficient and the judgments or suggestions made are not perfect, we are willing to listen to more comprehensive protective views to discuss the fate of Malayan Pangolin, especially the fate of living and healthy Malayan Pangolins. At the same time, we are concerned that we didn't introduce the idea of wild release and theoretical thought more comprehensively. Therefore, we sincerely welcome relevant experts to participate in the discussion use their real names. We will introduce your views and arguments systematically so that your scientific ethics and views can withstand the discussions and tests of professionals, protectors and ordinary people, and play a real role in the future protection of Malayan Pangolins.

China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) is an open discussion platform, and we do not want all opinions are the same. If experts think that the platform of the CBCGDF is too small, we also welcome open discussion on the major platforms, so that people around the world who care about the fate of this species can judge and jointly explore the fate of the Malayan pangolins.
