On 14 March, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) organized the second rehearsal of the speech which is to be delivered on Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) Training by the representative of CBCGDF.

CBCGDF FDY Fish Protection Center (Oppose Electro Fishing Union), one of the best practices of applying nature-based protection mode, not only embodies great achievement in biodiversity conservation under joint efforts of volunteers, government, enterprises and stakeholders, but also shows the significant role of modern technology like big data in natural resources protection and biodiversity conservation. In accordance with NBS' vision of protecting biodiversity in a nature-based way and achieve sustainable development, this mode provides an example to other countries in aquatic animal protection.

After the rehearsal, staffs from CBCGDF gave their own ideas and suggestions to the speaker, thus enriching the content.

In response to the initiative of “Going Global”, CBCGDF has long been carefully made full preparation for each international conference and events. Moreover, CBCGDF also encourages young staffs to participate in international conferences, which will be a precious opportunity for personal development.

The 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD COP15) is going to be held in Yunnan, China, and Post 2020 Global Biodiversity Framework will be formulated then. CBCGDF will not cease its step to summarize similar beneficial protection modes and introduce these practices on CBD COP15.
