Mountains, waters, forests,（farm）lands, lakes shared the same destiny.  As President Xi said in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC, people’s livelihood depends on farmlands，farmlands depend on water, waters depend on mountains, mountains depend on the earth, the earth depend on trees.

Since long time ago in China, Chinese has been treasured the physical and spiritual value of nature. Chinese poets love to place emotions and philosophy on the nature, especially the sky, clouds, forests, mountains, rivers and the moon.

For example, in a poem of Zhang Ruoxu from Tang Dynasty, he used clear water, skies and moon to express his loneliness, below is the verses of the poem:

”No dust has stained the water blending with the skies; A lonely wheel like moon shines brilliant far and wide”.
