Against this background, on November 21, 2019, co-hosted by China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), the “2019 Global New Business Conference and China Finance Summit Winter Forum” co-organized by CFS China Finance Summit and several central financial networks and mass media was held in Beijing. The theme of this forum is “Resilience and Vitality”.

 

The 2019 Global New Business Conference is an upgraded version based on the China Finance Summit Winter Forum. The conference brings together new leaders in the era, continuously explores industrial transformation and business innovation in the context of the new era, and jointly explores high-quality economic development paths. New finance, new capital, new technologies, new formats, new models, etc. will be the topics and areas of interest for this conference.

 

Xiao Qing, the Deputy Secretary-General of CBCGDF was invited to attend the conference, and during the meeting, he accepted an exclusive interview with the China Finance Summit. In the interview, he said that since the "development of green finance and the establishment of a green development fund" has been written into the "13th Five-Year Plan", it has become a new boost to China's sustainable development, which is of great significance. He also shared the understanding of green finance in the context of ecological civilization, so that green finance can really play a role in promoting the sustainable development of green industry.

 

As an important economy that fulfills social responsibility, enterprises need to change and extend. In response to the e-commerce platform’s “consumer performance” of this year’s “Double Eleven” has reached a new high, from the perspective of ecological civilization, he recommended to engage in “green Double Eleven” and emphasize the prevention of consumption alienation, consumerism and consumption type of economy.

 

He also said that with the continuous deepening of China's ecological civilization construction, the ecological problem of people's travel in the future, that is, ecological civilization requires that the future travel should practice the concept of "green" and should have the concept of civilization. He also pointed out how the public should practice ecological civilization in daily life and participate in the protection of nature and the protection of the environment, forming a new trend of "starting from oneself and starting from now".
