On March 14th, CBCGDF received the public response of Luquan Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, saying that documents received from us cannot prove that the matter required to disclose was pertinent to our field of work and research, and therefore they will not disclose the information.

Recently, it was reported that the project of Ximeijinshan Lake was suspected of "chopping" the mountains into lands. Afterward, a stupendous number of villas in Shijiazhuang were excessively built. According to CBCGDF's investigation, it was found that the villas were developed by Lihao Real Estate Company, and thus CBCGDF filed for information disclosure to the related department.

According to the regulation of government information disclosure, the information CBCGDF requested to open to the public was the content the bureau shall disclose, however, the bureau refuse with such an answer.

CBCGDF will continue to pursue lawful rights through administrative review and administrative action.
