With the upcoming Chinese pangolin wild release seminar in Guangxi forestry, Professor Liu Dingzhen from the School of Life Science, Beijing Normal University has sent a written proposal as follows:
I don't have much to add. Just to emphasize, wherever you release it, pay attention to the need for a "soft" release (i.e., where safety and food are available, adapt to semi-loose release near the intended release site for a period of time, and then release it into the wild). If it is possible for CBCGDF to carry out a radio tracking, follow-up monitoring and evaluation is very necessary.
