A man showed off his newly captured pangolins and for sale at 30,000 RMB in WeChat group chatting. Police recieved the tip-off from volunteers and arrested him later. This man claimed that he had pocessed dozens of pangolins in the past, with the largest reached 14 kilograms. The story was happened in Jin'an of China's Jiangxi prov. back in May 2017.

From this picture, it's obvious the female pangolin was pregnant again. Ji'an is a traditional distribution range for Chinese hashtag#Pangolins.

Two years later, the CBCGDF received new message from local volunteers yesterday, reporting that new pangolins were found there. We're heading to the place for rescue and conservation.

We're also going to encourage the local community and government to establish a new protected area for pangolin conservation. We call the community conservation areas (CCAfa), which aims to encourage people's participation and to mainstream biodiversity conservation, and as well as to aware the poeple by wildlife law popularization.

BTW: to celebrate upcoming 2019 World Pangolin Day, we're also going to host a series of events to save the world's most trafficked mammals.
