17th January - Xiao Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the Dulan County, Qinghai Province, and the deputy director of the Dulan County Industrial Park, visited the Green Society, in order to extend gratitude to the continued attention to the development of the Goji industry in Dulan County. Director of Green Declaration Verification Center of CBCGDF reported the work on the progress the Goji High-tech enterprises has made in extracting stem cell fluid and anthocyanins from Goji.

Dr. Zhou Jinfeng, Secretary-General understood the protection status of the China Conservation Area for Black Goji. He said that as there were geographical differences and conditions, it was advised to focus on the biodiversity conservation and summarize the agricultural see resources. On the other hand, Dr. Zhou said that Qinghai was an important ecological place for China and the world. To support Qinghai and protect its homeland, consumers must understand the importance and actively participate in the conservation. CBCGDF will always be a supporter for the green industries in Qinghai. As President Xi Jinping said, Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.

Goji, goji berry, or wolfberry, native to Asia, have been long used in traditional Asian cuisine and has been an ingredient in traditional Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Japanese medicine, since at least the 3rd century CE.
