On February 15, the first batch of medical protective materials donated by Johnson & Johnson was transported to Hubei Province after customs clearance from Shanghai. 230,000 pairs of high-quality protective masks, 30,000 sets of protective clothing, and 30,000 goggles will be quickly transferred to 18 designated hospitals in Hubei Province with the help of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), to guard and help the front-line work of medical staff to fight the epidemic.

On Jan. 27, Johnson & Johnson's subsidiary, the company of Johnson & Johnson Medical (China) Limited donated 650,000 yuan worth of medical equipment and consumables to the Wuhan Huoshenshan makeshift hospital under construction to support local medical staff to treat patients. In early February, Johnson & Johnson donated consumer products with a total value of RMB 140,000 to Wuhan, including 48,000 bottles of antibacterial hand sanitizers deployed internationally, to help the public in the local street communities to disinfect and prevent epidemics, and donated to Zhejiang, Chongqing and other medical teams mouthwash and other daily necessities.
