The broader community is the front line for grassroots prevention and control of epidemics. In the context of a concerted effort to fight the epidemic across the country, in addition to the hospitals in each area as the main battlefield to fight the epidemic, many communities and grass-roots organizations are also the guardians and servicers of thousands of families at home.

But for grassroots community epidemic prevention personnel, their equipment to fight the epidemic is relatively simple. The most common ones are masks, thermometers and medical alcohol. And often, once they get busy, they barely event afford to take meals time and completely devote themselves to the hard work.

To support the grassroots communities to fight the epidemic, on February 11, volunteers of China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) went to three grassroots organizations, including the Hengshui Rescue Management Station in Hebei Province, and the Veterans Affairs Bureau in Taocheng District, Hengshui City. They sent 20 boxes of instant noodles and 20 boxes of mineral water. The care and support of CBCGDF were sent to the grassroots anti-epidemic personnel. It is believed firmly that all parties will join to achieve forces and unity and will definitely beat the COVID-19 in this battle without gunpowder.
